The bilingual baseline is the Zeour engineering posture that every product surface ships with English and Arabic (full RTL) as a first-class production capability — not as a translation project bolted on top. Bilingual operation is engineered at the framework layer: the data layer carries text in the canonical language entered by the user, the rendering layer chooses LTR or RTL by surface and locale, and PDF generation handles mixed scripts correctly (e.g. Latin drug names inside Arabic dosage instructions, mixed-direction addresses on receipts, RTL numerals in financial documents). Bilingual covers every visible surface: UI strings, PDFs, email templates, SMS and WhatsApp messages, voice prompts, audio call-forward, signage call-out, and kiosk receipts. Other locales — French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Urdu, Hindi and more — are added per engagement as framework-layer changes plus translation, typically a 2 to 4 week extension. The bilingual baseline is what separates a platform that ships into Arabic-speaking markets in days versus one that needs a six-month internationalisation project after the first contract.
